CONECON — Accounting Management System

CONECON is an accounting system accessed directly through the browser, with no installation required, bringing together chart of accounts, entries, invoicing, project management and financial reports in a single workflow. Each project keeps its own budget, costs and balance, with a realistic tax rate applied from a specific tax estimate.

The tax plugin automates the Simples Nacional routine: the system issues invoices (Nota Fiscal and Nota Fiscal Eletrônica) and imports DAS tax slips, keeping everything logged in the entries. Bank statements are imported and reconciled automatically, with recurring entries recognized and posted to the correct account, reducing manual work to the exceptions.

Access to the system is protected at the network level: there are no open ports, no exposed login screen, and no passwords traveling over the internet. Each authorized device receives a personal encryption key and connects through an encrypted tunnel — any other device is automatically rejected, and each client operates on an isolated network on the server. The application and database live in a single container, allowing backup and migration through a single file, with updates applied with no need to rebuild the system.
